Google’s new webinar site, “Googls,” is on track to reach a critical mass of content as it continues to evolve, according to a new report.
The Google team told investors on Wednesday that “Googl” will become “a big deal” once it’s integrated into more than 50 of the company’s existing tools, according a report from The Information.
The new platform has been in development for several years, and was designed by the company to help companies like Google create a better podcast experience.
But in addition to the new podcast app, Googl includes a redesigned site, an improved podcast player, and new features like an “Ask Me Anything” section, which can be accessed by tapping on the icon on the left side of the screen.
The “Ask” section also includes more than 1,000 answers to questions from listeners.
Google has previously announced that it was launching a new podcast platform that would integrate with YouTube’s popular podcast app.
The new podcast site is expected to be available later this year, and the company said on Wednesday it expects the platform to be live by the end of the year.
Google previously announced plans to integrate with podcasting service Apple’s iPod service.
The company also recently announced that Google Play Music will be able to stream podcasts from the web.
